Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using GrandmaWantsPics ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This agreement is between you and Twenty Odd Labs ("we", "us", "our"). The App is licensed, not sold, to you under these terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence over the Apple EULA for matters specific to our service.

GrandmaWantsPics is a family photo-sharing app that lets family members send and receive photos within a private family group. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium") that provide additional features such as extended photo retention.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

If your subscription lapses, photos that have exceeded the free-tier retention period (30 days) will enter a 30-day grace period before permanent removal.

You retain ownership of all photos and content you share through the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you and your family group.

You are responsible for the content you share. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Share content that exploits or harms minors in any way.
• Attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security.
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored content will never be lost.

We recommend keeping original copies of any photos you share through the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Twenty Odd Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by other reasonable means.
